TERMS & CONDITIONS
Super Nutrition (herein referred to as "Super Nutrition") provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Super Nutrition, you accept these conditions. Additionally, if you use any products or services in conjunction with, or provided by, Super Nutrition, including, but not limited to, products purchased, 1on1 Personal Training and any form of online training, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, is the property of Super Nutrition or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Super Nutrition and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Super Nutrition or its software suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Copyright Complaints
Super Nutrition respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please let us know by contacting us.
Discount Coupon Code
Only one (1) discount code may be used per order invoice. It CANNOT be combined with any other discount codes.
Volume Discounts
To qualify for advertised volume discounts, items must be of the same size. Variable flavours are allowed. The volume discount cannot be combined with any other discount codes for bulk or volume purchases.
Fraud & Chargebacks
We have a strict fraud policy in place in order to protect our customers. When you complete an order and pay by credit card, you may be requested to provide additional information from our Fraud Prevention Officer to prove that you are the credit card owner. Your order will not be dispatched until your details have been verified.
Super Nutrition has a strict no-tolerance policy against fraud. If your order is found to be fraudulent, or a chargeback is incurred unlawfully, Super Nutrition will prosecute to the full extent allowable under Australian law. Any details collected by our electronic systems will be supplied to the NSW Police.
The customer accepts liability for any legal and or other expenses incurred by Super Nutrition in their attempt to obtain payment of any overdue amount.
License and Site Access
Super Nutrition grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Super Nutrition. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Super Nutrition. You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Super Nutrition without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising Super Nutrition's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Super Nutrition. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Super Nutrition. You may not use any Super Nutrition logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without the express written permission of Super Nutrition.
Payment - via Afterpay
- All Orders which you place with Afterpay are subject to approval by Afterpay, at their sole discretion. They may choose not to approve an Order or provide credits to you at any time for any reason.
- Afterpay may carry out identity and/or credit checks where it is deemed necessary.
- If your order was not approved by Afterpay, you can still order from us and arrange a straight payment for your order via PayPal instead.

Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) displayed for products on our web site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The Recommended Retail Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.
Affiliates
Enrollment into our affiliates program is optional and your account must be approved by our team. You must have a website or company in order to be eligible.
You may advertise your unique code through third-party websites (such as a blog), or through social media channels (eg. Facebook, Twitter etc.). You may not register a website that contains "Super Nutrition" (or similar variations) in the domain name. Paid search advertising using our company name (or similar variations) is prohibited. You must always fully disclose that you are a customer or affiliate of Super Nutrition and must at no time suggest that you are part of the official Super Nutrition company.
If you have been approved to be a part of our affiliate program, commissions earned are paid in cash. To receive payment, please contact our customer service team for manual processing. The earning rates are published in your account.
Product Descriptions
Super Nutrition attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Super Nutrition does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Super Nutrition itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content

All items purchased from Super Nutrition are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Other Super Nutrition graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Super Nutrition. Super Nutrition's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Super Nutrition's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Super Nutrition. All other trademarks not owned by Super Nutrition that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Super Nutrition.
