RETURNS

Any return request must be made to the original store within 30 days of purchase and exchange credit will be provided.

Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

  • Unopened within its original packaging
  • In as new condition
  • Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
  • Returned to us at your own expense


We do not accept returns for opened / used products if:

  • you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
  • you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
  • the product did not perform to your expectations


DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS:
If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Supplement Warehouse, please contact us with your original Order Number and once approved we will send you a prepaid return slip to send the goods back to us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resupply the order for you or issue a refund.
