RETURNS

Any return request must be made to the original store within 7 days of purchase and exchange credit will be provided.

Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

  • Unopened within its original packaging
  • In as new condition
  • Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
  • Returned to us at your own expense


We do not accept returns for opened / used products if:

  • you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
  • you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
  • the product did not perform to your expectations


DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS:
If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Super Nutrition, please contact us with your original Order Number and once approved we will send you a prepaid return slip to send the goods back to us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resupply the order for you or issue a refund.
